• Your Shopify store domain and contact email
• Basic store information provided by Shopify (e.g., store name, location)
• Any documents you upload to train your AI assistant
• Customer queries and AI-generated responses within your store widget

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide and personalize the ChatNugget assistant for your store
• Improve response accuracy using your uploaded content
• Maintain account and subscription status

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your store data is only accessible to our internal systems and services used to power the ChatNugget assistant. Any integrations with third-party LLMs (Large Language Models) are anonymized and do not include sensitive store or customer data unless required for the assistant's function.

4. Data Storage

All data is securely stored on servers hosted in AWS (US-West region). Uploaded documents, assistant history, and related metadata are encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you uninstall the app or delete your account, we automatically delete all associated data within 30 days.
